C I N A [ 5/04/95R 6/]2/95 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2091 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TITLE OF CHAPTER 27 AND <br /> SECTIONS 27.1, 27.101.B, AND 27.104 OF, DELETING <br /> ARTICLE VIII (SECTIONS 27.90-27.94) FROM AND ADDING <br /> SECTIONS 27.101.A.3.c AND 27.101.A.3.d TO, THE CODE OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE CHAPTER <br /> HEADING, CHAPTER PURPOSE, DELETION OF STORMWATER <br /> DRAINAGE PROVISIONS, AND CERTAIN FEES AND CHARGES IN <br /> CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF SANITARY SEWERAGE <br /> FACILITIES, RESPECTIVELY <br /> <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The title to Chapter 27 of the Code of the City <br />of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "CHAPTER 27. <br /> "SANITARY SEWERAGE FACILITIES". <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Section 27.1 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 27.1. Purpose. The purpose of this Chapter <br /> is to establish standards, conditions and requirements <br /> relating to the use of the sanitary sewerage facilities of, <br /> or within, the City. It is further the purpose of this <br /> Chapter to establish uniform requirements for discharges <br /> into the Wastewater Collection and Treatment System used <br /> jointly by the City with other public agencies as party to <br /> the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement establishing and <br /> providing for the South Bayside System Authority, a public <br /> entity. It is further the purpose of this Chapter to enable <br /> the City to comply with and meet applicable laws, <br /> regulations, standards and conditions established by Federal <br /> and State law, or by agencies thereof, in the implementation <br /> of such law.
