CGM:dp:9/3/74 <br /> .o � QRtG��AL, <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N 0 .� � v � <br /> �EP � F� !.��� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> FURNISHING OF CAST IRON AND DUCTILE IRON PIPE FOR <br /> THE PERIOD OCTOBER 1, 1974, THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, <br /> 1975; AND AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> contract documents for the furnishing of cast iron and ductile <br /> iron pipe to be used for municipal purposes ; and <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents which include specifications <br /> for the type of, and estimated amounts of, said material required <br /> for such period have been prepared by the City Manager; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL O F THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> l. Those certain contract documents for cast iron and ductile <br /> iron pipe �o be used for municipal purposes for the period Octaber 1, <br /> 1974, through September 30, 1975, prepared by the City Manager and <br /> on file in the of�ice of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the furnishing of said material in accord- <br /> ance with the contract documents therefor, said advertisement to <br /> be in the form of that certain notice of sealed bids set forth in <br /> the above mentioned contract documents . <br /> * * �r <br />
