CGM:dp:8/?8!74 <br /> .ORlGI�IAL <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O ._J�� � ��2� 't4 <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN DESCRIBED CITY--OWNED <br /> REAL PROPERTY SURPLUS ; AND AUTHORIZING SALE THEREOF <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwo�d City is the owner of certain <br /> real property hereinafter described; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence that the <br /> hereinafter described real property is not needed for present or <br /> prospective municipal or public purposes ; and <br /> wHEREAS, the City Assessor has appraised said real property <br /> and detr,�r�ni.ned the current reasonable market value thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> declare said real property surplus and authorize its sale in <br /> accordance with Section 3-1./2 of the Charter of the City of <br /> Redwood City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CI7'Yr <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> l. That this Council hereby finds that the hereinafter <br /> described parcel of City-owned real property is not now needed far <br /> any municipal or public purposes and will not be needed for any <br /> municipal or public purposes in the future, and hereby declares <br /> said real property to be surplus property. <br /> 2 . That those certain bid documents, consisting of Notice <br /> of Sale, �idder ' s Instructions, and Bid Form, and entitled "Bid <br /> Documents - Sale of Surplus Property - Vicinity of Northeast Corner <br /> of Intersection of Redwood Avenue and Gordon Street", are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> � � � � <br />
