MINUTE ORDER <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> March 25, 2002 <br /> <br /> MO RD 02-05 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: March 27, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Planning Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Downtown Plan Implmentation; <br /> <br />Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City on March 25, <br />2002 <br /> <br />Present: Directors Howard, Ruskin, Pierce, Vice Mayor Ira and Mayor Claire <br />Absent: Hartnett, Jordan <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />MS Howard/Ruskin Create the regular position of Downtown Development <br />Manager (DDM) benchmarked to the position of Community Development <br />Services Supervisor (approving and adding one new FTE position funded by the <br />Redevelopment Agency); <br />Appropriate an additional $275,000 ($200,000 to fund 807-6641-50, $75,000 to <br />fund 806-66410-50) to provide sufficient funds to prepare an Environmental <br />Impact Report (EIR) for the Downtown Plan and the Housing Elements; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present. <br /> <br />Patricia Howe <br />Redevelopment Agency Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
