02/25/2013 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15247 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPROPRIATION IN THE <br /> AMOUNT OF $50,000 WITHIN THE REDWOOD CITY CAPITAL <br /> OUTLAY FUND FOR THE DOCKTOWN MARINA MANAGEMENT <br /> PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, a fund known as the Capital OUTLAY Fund has been <br /> established; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City owns the water portion of Docktown Marina; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Docktown Marina Management has advised the City of its <br /> intent to terminate its Revocable Permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Community Development Department intends to establish <br /> new management for the Marina operations; and <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has requested that the City Council approve an <br /> appropriation from the Capital Outlay Fund for the Docktown Marina <br /> Management Project in the amount of Fifty Thousand ($50,000) dqllars for the <br /> purposes of this project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars 50 000 shall be appropriated from <br /> the fund balance in the Capital Outlay Fund for the Docktown Marina <br /> Management Project. <br /> * * * <br /> ATTY/RES0.2830/APPROVING AN APPROPRIATION OUTLAY FUND DOCKTOWN RESO.#15247 <br /> REV:02-20-13 VR MUFF#613 <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
