P- 220� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A <br /> GENERAL INCREASE IN RATES FOR TERMINAL <br /> TARIFF No. 8 <br /> WHEREAS, Section 47f of the Charter of the City of Redwood City <br /> provides that it shall be the duty of the Board of Port Commissioners to fix rates, <br /> dockage, wharFage and other charges for the use and occupation of the public <br /> facilities or appliances of the Port of Redwood City, and for services rendered by <br /> said Port; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board approved a resolution adopting a schedule of <br /> tariffs and related rules and regulations for the Port of Redwood City on May 9, <br /> 2012, as evidenced by Resolution No. P-2176; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board desires to increase the rates for all charges. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Ta�iff No. 8 of the Port of Redwood City, as adopted May 9, 2012, shall <br /> be, and the same is hereby, amended by the adoption of the revisions to Tariff <br /> No. 8. <br /> 2. The revisions to Tariff No. 8, as adopted herein, shall be effective on or <br /> after the date specified in the attachments hereto. <br /> 3.
