Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work consisted generally of resurfacing with asphalt rubber chip seal certain roadway segments. That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: Roadway segments roughly bordered by Roosevelt Avenue to the north, EI Camino Real to the east, Woodside Road to the south, and Virginia Avenue to the west, and Portions of roadway segments roughly bordered by De Anza Avenue to the north, Alameda de las Pulgas to the east, Eaton Avenue to the south, and Eaton Villa Place to the west.
