Reference is made to that certain real property situated in the City of Redwood City, <br /> County of San Mateo, State of California, known as the 3718 Laurel Way site and described on Exhibit <br /> "A", attached hereto and incorporated by this reference as if fu11y set forth herein(the "Property"). The <br /> Property is being developed as a single-family home. <br /> B. In connection with its development of the Property as a single-family home, the Owner <br /> submitted to the City various improvement plans,which include, inter a1ia, street improvement plans for <br /> the private street along the Property frontage("Plans"), all of which Plans have been or will be approved <br /> ; by the City. The Plans provide for installation of certain roadway, curb and gutter improvements <br /> � ("Improvements")within Laurel Way("Maintenance Area")as the Improvements and Maintenance Area <br /> are more specifically shown on Exhibit"B"attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. <br /> C. The Owner has been issued Planned Development Permit number PD2011-04,which was <br /> approved by the Zoning Administrator on Apri14,2012,and upheld by the Planning Commission on June <br /> 12,2012. <br /> D. The City and the Owner desire to enter into an agreement pursuant to which the Owner <br /> will maintain the Improvements within the Maintenance Area as both are depicted on E�ibit"B". <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,the City and the Owner(together,the"Parties")hereby agree as follows: <br /> l. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT.
