_ _ _ i ___ _ _ � ��.. .�.��v__�__ �.. <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> PROJECT SENTINEL <br /> (Fair Housing Services) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this I � day of <br /> 2013, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br /> city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") and PROJECT <br /> SENTINEL, a Califomia nonprofit organization ("Contractor'; collectively the <br /> "Parties"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative <br /> Goals"), and "B" ("Program Budget"), attached hereto and made a part hereof; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1, 2013, and ending June 30, 2014 (the "Fiscal Yea�'); <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum <br /> of Twenty One Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Eight and No/100 Dollars <br /> ($21,928) for exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July <br /> 1, 2013, and ending June 30, 2014, solely for the purposes described in <br /> Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS.
