_ �� i <br /> aRIGiNAI <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> COMMUNITY OVERCOMING RELATIONSHIP ABUSE (CORA) <br /> (Emergency Shelter Program) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> VL 2013, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY a ch <br /> , arter <br /> city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") and <br /> COMMUNITY OVERCOMING RELATIONSHIP ABUSE (CORA), a Califomia <br /> nonprofit organization ("Contractor'; collectively the "Parties"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative <br /> Goals"), and "B" ("Program Budget"), attached hereto and made a part hereof; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1, 2013, and ending June 30, 2014 (the "Fiscal Year°); <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum <br /> of Twenty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($20,000) for exclusive use by <br /> Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2013, and ending June 30, <br /> 2014, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS.
