Director <br /> City Engineer <br /> Planning Director <br /> Clerk <br /> SUBJECT : Proposed amendment to the Zoning Map to rezone a 0 . 326 acre parcel from <br /> TP District to IR District , 1171 East Bayshore Road -Ricardo Ramirez <br /> ( 203-02 ) <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on January 18, 1988 <br /> Present : Councilmen Britschgi , Bury, Chandler , Greenalch , LaBerge , Stangel and <br /> Mayor Claire <br /> Absent : None <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes : <br /> M/S : Britschgi / Greenalch to continue the subject matter for two <br /> weeks until the Council meeting of February 1 , 1988 , in order to <br /> obtain a staff report with regard to response made to the letter <br /> from former Director of Public Works Addiego of December 19 , 1986 to <br /> Brian Kangas , Foulk & Associates regarding " Storm Drain Retention <br /> Basin , Lands of Ramirez " . <br /> Mr . Schricker said that his understanding of the intent of the <br /> motion is that it is to obtain further information in order to place <br /> the proposed rezoning in perspective . <br /> The motion carried on the following roll call vote : <br /> Ayes : Councilmen : Britschgi , Bury , Greenalch , LaBerge and <br /> Mayor Claire <br /> Noes : Councilman Stangel and Vice Mayor Chandler <br /> 11 JACQUEL4 ..
