RESOLUTION NO. 15-06 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING ARCHITECTURAL PERMIT NO. 2014- <br /> 82 FOR 1016 WARREN STREET IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER <br /> 40 OF THE REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL CODE AND ARTICLE 45 OF <br /> THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> WHEREAS, Applicant, Jon Jang , Architect, on behalf of Brett Colbert, owner, has <br /> applied for an Architectural Permit for the construction of a new 1 ,750 square foot one- <br /> story single-family residence at 1016 Warren Street; and <br /> WHEREAS , pursuant to City Council Resolution No . 14723 , 1016 Warren Street <br /> is located within the designated Mezesville Historic District; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 40 of the Redwood City Municipal Code <br /> (Historic Preservation Ordinance ), the Historic Resources Advisory Committee shall <br /> review any application to "tear down , demolish , construct, alter, remove or relocate any <br /> improvement, or any portion thereof, which has been designated a historic landmark or <br /> is within a historic district"; and <br /> WHEREAS , on February 12 , 2015, the Historic Resources Advisory Committee <br /> conducted a duly-noticed public hearing in accordance with all applicable requirements <br /> of State Law to review Architectural Permit Application No . 2014-82 and upon receiving <br /> and considering oral and documentary evidence on the application , forwarded a <br /> recommendation of approval, including the three recommended design modifications; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , on April 7 , 2015, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood <br /> City held a duly noticed public hearing in accordance with all applicable requirements of <br /> the Redwood City Municipal Code and Zoning Ordinance, to consider Architectural <br /> Permit Application No . AP2014-82 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , on April 7 , 2015 , the Planning Commission fully reviewed , <br /> considered , and evaluated the staff reports prepared for the Project including the <br /> attachments to the staff reports, oral and written public testimony, and all other <br /> documents and evidence in the public record on the Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> ATTY/RES0.3067/PC RESO APPROVING ARCHITECTURAL PERMIT — 1016 WARREN ST. <br /> REV: 04-13-15 VR <br /> Page 1 of 6 <br />
