P- 22�4 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN <br /> INCREASE IN RATES FOR DOCKAGE, WHARFAGE, <br /> DEMURRAGE AND STORAGE, SERVICE AND <br /> FACILITIES, CARGO HANDLING, LINE HANDLING AND <br /> MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES (TARIFF No. 8) <br /> WHEREAS, Section 47f of the Charter of the City of Redwood City <br /> provides that it shall be the duty of the Board of Port Commissioners to fix rates, <br /> dockage, wharfage and other charges for the use and occupation of the public <br /> facilities or appliances of the Port of Redwood City, and for services rendered by <br /> said Port; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board approved a resolution adopting a schedule of <br /> tariffs and related rules and regulations for the Port of Redwood City on May 14, <br /> 2014, as evidenced by Resolution No. P-2231; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board desires to adopt a general increase in the rates <br /> imposed by the Port. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Tariff No. 8 of the Port of Redwood City, as adopted May 14, 2014, <br /> shall be, and the same is hereby, amended by the adoption of the revisions to <br /> Tariff No. 8, Exhibit "A," attached hereto. <br /> 2.
