RESOLUTION NO. 15-11 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP, <br /> CONDOMINIUM PERMIT, PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT, <br /> ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW PERMIT, REMOVAL OF DEED <br /> RESTRICTION AND ELIMINATION OF ON-SITE VISITOR <br /> PARKING AT 150 EL CAMINO REAL AND 20 AVONDALE <br /> AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS, Applicant, Regis Homes, proposes to re-subdivide two <br /> parcels into 12 residential condominium parcels. The project will contain 12 for- <br /> sale attached condominium units within two three-story buildings with attached <br /> garages (the Project); and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 26, 2015, the Architectural Advisory Committee <br /> (AAC) held a meeting to consider the proposed design and voted to recommend <br /> Planning Commission approval with conditions for specific project revisions; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City <br /> ("Commission") is empowered by the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance to act <br /> upon applications for Planned Development Permits and Architectural Permits, <br /> and is empowered by the Subdivision Map Act and the Redwood City Municipal <br /> Code, to act upon applications for Tentative Map and Condominium Permit <br /> Applications; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 23, 2015, the Commission conducted a public <br /> hearing , in accordance with all applicable requirements of the Subdivision Map <br /> Act, the Redwood City Municipal Code and State Planning and Zoning Law, to <br /> consider a Tentative Parcel Map and Condominium Permit Application No. <br /> TM2015-03, Planned Development Permit Application No PD2015-01 and <br /> Architectural Permit No . AP2014-68; and <br /> WHEREAS , the Commission has determined that the proposed Tentative <br /> Map, Condominium Permit, Planned Development Permit, Architectural Permit, <br /> removal of a deed restriction and elimination of on-site visitor parking would <br /> further the purposes of and appropriately implement the City of Redwood City <br /> General Plan , applicable provisions of the Redwood City Municipal Code , Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and the Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CiTY AS FOLLOWS : <br /> ATTY/RESO.3107/PC RESO TENTATIVE MAP 150 EL CAMINO & 20 AVONDALE <br /> REV: 06-23-15 VR <br /> Page 1 of 14 <br />
