SE3�ER <br /> FACILITIES, ALL �ITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF AND IN <br /> CONNECTION �TITIi CONSTRIICTTON OF IMFROVEMENTS, <br /> BAYSHORE INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 2 AsSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> �REAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City by its <br /> Resolution No. 3438, adopted June 26, 1961, has found and deter- <br /> mined that the construction of certain public improvements, <br /> known as Bayshore Industrial Park No. 2, was a public convenience <br /> and necessity; and, <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has indicated its intention to con- <br /> struct such improvements and has indicated its intention to <br /> contribute the sum of $5,426.76 towards the cost thereof; <br /> NC�+iI', THEREFORE: <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FQLL�TS: <br /> 1. The sum of two thousand six hundred fifty-nine and 26/100 <br /> dollars ($2,659.26) is hereby appropriated from the unbudgeted <br /> unappropriated balance of the General Water Fund for the purpose <br /> of providing for increased sizes of water mains to serve <br /> Bayshore Industrial Fark No. 2, and shall be in addition to <br /> all sums heretofore appropriated for such purposes during the <br /> fiscal year July 1, 1961-June 30, 1962. <br /> 2.
