Section 3.2 is hereby added to Ordinance No. 437, <br /> entitled "Ordinance Regulating Fire and Closing Out Sales in <br /> the City of Redwood City, " adopted April 1, 1940, to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "SECTION 3.2 INSPECTION PERIOD. On granting a per- <br /> mit, the Council may provide an investigation period of <br /> not to exceed 60 days and the permit shall not be effe�tive <br /> until the e�cpiration of the period specified." <br /> SECTION 2.
