The sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br /> ($3, 500) is hereby appropriated from the unbudgeted una ppropriated <br /> balance of the Sales Tax Capital Expenditure Fund for the purpose <br /> of providing for the purchase of a street sweeper. Said sum shall <br /> be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1962-June 30, 1963, <br /> and shall be in addition to all sums heretofore appropriated for <br /> such purpose during the fiscal year July l, 1962-June 30, 1963. <br /> SECTION 2.
