REG.yc:3/29/63-10 <br /> a <br /> .� ,�-Go� . <br /> --� �`�g. <br /> O R D I N A N C E N O. <br /> ORDINANCE 1�,MENDING SECTION 22 OF ORDINANCE NO. 810, <br /> AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1086, RELATING TO THE <br /> GRADING AND POSTING OF RESTAURANTS <br /> SECTION 1. Section 22 of Ordinance No. 810. entitled "An <br /> Ordinance Providing for the Regulation of Food Establishments in <br /> the City of Redwood City; for the Issuance of Permits Therefor; <br /> Prescribing Fees for Inspection Service and Providing Penalties <br /> for the Violation Thereof." adopted December 5, 1955, as amended <br /> by Ordinance No. 1086, adopted March 18, 1963, is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "Section 22. Postinq. The Department of Public Health <br /> and Welfare shall furnish every restaurant receiving a rating <br /> of "Provisional" or "Unsatisfactory" rating cards. Such <br /> cards may be combined with the permit to operate or the <br /> grading form. <br /> "Such rating cards shall be posted by the restaurant <br /> owner or operator in a conspicuous place near all entrances <br /> so as to be visib le to patrons entering the restaurant. <br /> The cards shall be posted within the time limits specified <br /> in Section 21 and it shall be unlawful for any person to <br /> fail to post such rating cards or to remove such rating <br /> cards until an approved rating is secured. <br /> "It shall be unlawful for any person to display a <br /> rating card with a grade other than the one assigned by the <br /> Department." <br /> SECTION 2.
