CGM : wg : 4/9/75 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> APR 14 1975 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N O . f J8 8 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES <br /> IN CONNECTION WITH CERTAIN RECREATIONAL AND LAND- <br /> CAPING IMPROVEMENTS IN DOLPHIN PARK AND MARLIN II <br /> PARK <br /> WHEREAS , City requires expert landscape architectural <br /> services in connection with the construction of certain recrea- <br /> tional and landscaping improvements in Dolphin Park , Part I , <br /> Part II , and Part III , and Marlin II Park ; and <br /> WHEREAS , Recreation Land Planners , Inc . , has represented <br /> to City that it is uniquely qualified and experienced to <br /> perform such services ; and <br /> WHEREAS , there has been presented to this Council an <br /> agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and Recrea- <br /> tional Land Planners , Inc . , for the performance of expert <br /> landscape architectural services , including the preparation <br /> of a master site plan , specifications , contract documents , <br /> working drawings , and cost estimates for the aforementioned <br /> recreational and landscaping improvements , and the inspection <br /> services during construction thereof and it is the intention <br /> and desire of this Council to approve said agreement and <br /> authorize its execution ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement " ( form dated <br /> 4/9/75) by and between the City of Redwood City and Recreation <br /> 7388 <br />
