Is <br /> O R D I N A N C E NO . 755 <br /> ESTABLISHING "NO --PARILING" ZONE ON <br /> -TALE NORTHERLY SIDE OF BROADWAY , <br /> EAST OF CHARTER STREET . <br /> COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : <br /> Section 1 . A "No -Parking " zone is hereby established <br /> along the northerly curb line of Broadway in the City of <br /> Redwood City in an area more particularly described as <br /> follows : <br /> Beginning at a point on the Northerly <br /> curb line of Broadway, said point be - <br /> ing 40 . 34. feet Easterly from the in - <br /> tersection of said curb line with the <br /> Southerly prolongation of the Westerly <br /> line of Lot 1 , Redwood Industrial Tract <br /> No . 2 , filed April 30 , 1952 , in Book 35 <br /> of Maps at Pages 3 , 4, 5 , and 6 , in- <br /> clusive ; San Hateo County Records ; <br /> THENCE. Westerly along said curb line a <br /> distance of 470 feet , more or less , to <br /> the intersection with the Southwesterly <br /> prolongation of the Southeasterly curb <br /> line of Charter Street . <br /> Section 2 . No person shall stop , stand or park any <br /> vehicle in said "No -Parking " zone at any time . <br /> Section 3 . Any person violating any of the provisions <br /> of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and <br /> upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not ex- <br /> ceeding One Hundred Dollars ( $100 . 00 ) , or imprisonment in the <br /> County Jail of San Mateo County , California , for a period <br /> not exceeding thirty ( 30 ) days , or by both such fine and im- <br /> prisonment . <br /> Section 4 . The City Manager is hereby directed to <br /> designate said "No --Parking " zone established by this Ordinance <br /> by having appropriate signs erected or curb markings establish- <br /> ed adjacent to the curb , in accordance with the Vehicle Code <br /> of the State of California . <br /> Section 5 .
