DES : yc : 2/7/77 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O . 7756 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY TO CHANGE THE DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN LANDS <br /> THEREIN FROM " OPEN SPACE " TO " LOW-DENSITY RESIDENTIAL" <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> FEB 7 1977 <br /> WHEREAS , there has been presented to this Council a proposal <br /> to amend the General Plan to change the designation of certain lands <br /> specified in " Exhibit A" hereof , attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein , from " Open Space " to " Low- Density Residential " ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , said proposed amendment has been duly reviewed by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City , and forwarded by <br /> said Commission to this Council with a recommendation that the <br /> proposed amendment not be adopted ; and <br /> WHEREAS , this Council , after public hearing duly noticed and <br /> held , desires to amend the General Plan in the manner proposed ; <br /> NOW , THEREFORE ; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY , <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain proposed amendment to the General Plan of the <br /> City of Redwood City revising the designation of certain lands shown <br /> on " Exhibit A" hereof from " Open Space " to " Low- Density Residential " <br /> is hereby approved as set forth in said exhibit . <br />
