OR GINAL <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this /q'~' day of <br />~¢(~'"' , 2002, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and BKF <br />ENGINEERS of Redwood City, California ("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City proposes to prepare an easement dedication of the <br />BCDC Public Access Trail System in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />Consulting Engineering Services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall prepare an easement <br />dedication of the BCDC Public Access Trail System and related services <br />described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT.
