CGM : yc : 1/ 13/77 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N No . 7750 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> IMPACT REPORT (CITY/PORT/IDEAL/LESLIE LANDS ) <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> JAN 17 1977 <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Redwood City , the Port of Redwood City , <br /> Ideal Basic Industries , Inc . , and Leslie Salt Co . have jurisdiction <br /> over , or own , lands located both within and outside the corporate <br /> limits of the City of Redwood City ; and <br /> WHEREAS , certain proposals for annexation of portions of said <br /> lands , and for future development of all of said lands have been <br /> made ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City , Port , Ideal Basic Industries , Inc . , and <br /> Leslie Salt Co . require the preparation of a base line Environ- <br /> mental Impact Report ( " EIR" ) pursuant to , and in accordance with <br /> the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 ( " CEQA" ) , California <br /> Administrative Code Sections 15000 , et seq . ( " State Guidelines " ) <br /> and City ' s Resolution No . 6882 , regulations of the County of <br /> San Mateo , regional , or other agencies or authorities which may <br /> have jurisdiction in some respects , implementive of CEQA (collectively , <br /> " local regulations " ) for use in connection with annexation of <br /> certain of the aforementioned lands and in connection with <br /> instituting and/or carrying out the aforementioned future develop- <br /> ment proposals ; and <br /> WHEREAS , Hart-Krivatsy-Stubee , Inc . , has represented to the <br /> City that it is experienced in performing expert professional <br /> services in the preparation of environmental impact reports , and <br /> is willing to prepare the aforementioned EIR; <br /> NOW , THEREFORE ; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY , <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 775 u <br />
