DES:yc:2/12/68 <br />RESOLUTION N.O. 5609 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES (URBAN DESIGN) - <br />GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1-64, REDWOOD CITY <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires certain urban <br />design consulting services in connection with the design of street <br />furniture for General Improvement District 1-64 in the City of <br />Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, Michael McDougall, urban designer and planner, has <br />represented to the City of Redwood City that he is qualified to <br />perform the aforesaid urban design services; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Michael McDougall <br />desire to enter into an agreement for said Michael McDougall to <br />furnish the City with the aforesaid design services; and <br />WHEREAS, funds have heretofore been appropriated for the <br />aforesaid services; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement between the City of Redwood City and <br />Michael McDougall, entitled "Agreement for Consulting Services <br />(Urban Design) - General Improvement District 1-64 - Redwood City, <br />California," copies of which are presently on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk, to which copies reference is hereby made, is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to <br />execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
