01/23/2017 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2431 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AUTHORIZING AN <br />AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE BOARD OF <br />ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' <br />RETIREMENT SYSTEM FOR TIER 1 AND TIER 2 INTERNATIONAL <br />ASSOCIATION OF FIRE FIGHTERS LOCAL 2400 MEMBERS AND TIER <br />1 AND TIER 2 REDWOOD CITY POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION <br />MEMBERS <br />The City Council of the City of Redwood City does ordain as follows: <br />Section 1. That an amendment to the contract between the City Council of <br />Redwood City and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement <br />System is hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked <br />Exhibit A, and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full. <br />Section 2. The Mayor of the City Council is hereby authorized, empowered and <br />directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of the City. <br />Section 3. The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance with the <br />provisions of the City Charter. <br />_Section 4. This Ordinance shall go into effect thirty (30) days after the date of its <br />ge and adoption.
