<br /> 8/2/93 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2063 <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE <br />RAISED BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY <br />WITHIN GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65 TO <br />PROVIDE FUNDS FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 1-65. <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65. The following <br />general and special tax rates for General Improvement District No. 1-65 hereinafter set forth are <br />hereby levied and fixed, for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1993 - June 30, 1994, in the amounts set forth <br />herein as follows, to wit: <br />Three Hundred Sixty Thousand One Hundred Forty and no/lOO dollars ($360,140.00) for <br />payment of principal and interest on Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-65 <br />Bonds, for deposit in the Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-65 Fund, and the <br />special tax rate therefor is hereby levied and fixed at $.0057 on each One Hundred Dollars <br />($100.00) of assessed value of all taxable real property within the limits of General Improvement <br />District No. 1-65 as said District was established by Resolution No. 4589, adopted by the Council <br />of the City of Redwood City on March 15, 1965, together with all territory thereafter annexed <br />thereto. <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this <br />ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this <br />ordinance is for any reason held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision <br />shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, and the City Council <br />hereby declares that it would have adopted said ordinance and each section, sentence, clause or <br />phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that anyone or more section, sentence, clause or phrase be <br />declared invalid. <br /> -1- <br />
