<br /> DES: Ò "';-1<. 03/01/89 (014/7) <br /> ORIG I NAL <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1993 APR 3 1989 <br /> --------- <br /> ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,610,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br /> BALANCES OF THE GENERAL FUND TO THE CAPITAL OUTLAY <br /> FUND, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM, FOR THE ACQUISITION <br /> AND CONSTRUCTION OF CHESTNUT STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND <br /> FIRE STATION FACILITIES <br /> <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION l. The sum of Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand and <br />No/100 Dollars ($860,000.00) is hereby appropriated from <br />unappropriated balances of the General Fund to the Capital Outlay <br />Fund, Capital Improvement Program, for the acquisition and <br />construction of improvements to Chestnut Street in the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> SECTION 2. The sum of Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand and <br />No/10O Dollars ($750,000.00) is hereby appropriated from <br />unappropriated balances of the General Fund to the Capital Outlay <br />Fund, Capital Improvement Program, for the acquisition and <br />construction of fire station facilities and appurtenances to be <br />located in General Improvement District No. 1-64. <br /> SECTION 3. The sums appropriated pursuant to Sections 1 and <br />2 are for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1988 - June <br />30, 1989, and shall be in addition to all other sums so <br />appropriated for said purposes during fiscal year July 1, 1988 - <br />June 30, 1989. <br /> SECTION 4.
