Regulated Unmetered Off street Parking <br />Facilities Designated. The following off street parking <br />facilities owned or operated by the City are hereby designated as <br />regulated unmetered offstreet parking facilities: <br /> " (a) Bradford Street Public Parking Lot, located between <br />Bradford Street and Marshall Street. <br /> " (b) Police Department Employee Parking Lot, located at the <br />rear and side of the Police Department Building, between <br />Middlefield road and Pennsylvania Avenue. <br /> " (c) Franklin Street Public Parking Lot, located at 50 <br />Franklin Street, between Jefferson Avenue and James Avenue. <br /> " (d) City Hall Employee Parking Lot, located at the east <br />side of City Hall. <br /> " (e) Employee Parking Lot, located on the east side of the <br />City Hall Parking Lot. <br /> " (f) Employee Parking Lot, located on the west side of <br />Jefferson Avenue between the Southern Pacific railroad tracks and <br />Middlefield Road. <br /> " (g) Municipal Services Center Employee Parking Lot, <br />excepting here from those parking spaces therein specifically <br />designated and posted for visitor parking. <br /> " (h) Employee Parking Lot, located at the rear of the Main <br />Library, adjacent to Pennsylvania Avenue, between Jefferson <br />Avenue and Main Street. <br /> 1976 <br /> .._-~~..._... <br />
