Section 20.96.20(c) of Chapter 20 of the Redwood <br />City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 20.96.20 (c). North side from Upland Road 230 <br />feet easterly thereof - Two hours between the hours of 9:00 <br />a.m. to 6: 00 p. m. " <br />SECTION 2.
