'M:djg-c 4/19/82 <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAY 17 1982 <br />O R D I N A N C E N O. <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6.2 OF CHAPTER 6 OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELA'T'ING TO HOURS <br />OF OPERATIONS FOR PUBLIC AUCTIONS <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 6.2 of Chapter 6 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 6.2. It shall be unlawful for any person <br />to conduct a public auction sale between the hours of <br />11:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M." <br />gFCTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days <br />after its adoption. <br />
