<br /> MSR: jp 7/12/79 <br /> 1 793 ORIGINAL <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1793 <br />AUG 6 1979 <br /> --------- - - <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE <br />HUNDRED DOLLARS ($56,500.00) FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF THE CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND TO RED MORTON <br />PARK, PHASE IV LIGHTING PROJECT, AND HAWES FIELD <br />RELIGHTING PROJECT <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION l. The sum of Fifty-six Thousand Five Hundred <br />Dollars ($56,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the un- <br />appropriated balance of the Capital Outlay Fund to the <br />respective appropriations contained in the Municipal Budget <br />for the following departments, in the following amounts, <br />and for the following purposes, to wit: <br />(1) Appropriation for Red Morton Park, Phase IV, <br /> Parks and Recreation Facilities, Capital <br /> Improvements Program - $21,000.00. <br />( 2) Appropriation for Relighting - Hawes Field, <br /> Parks and Recreation Facilities, Capital <br /> Improvements Program - $35,500.00. <br />Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year <br />July 1, 1979 - June 30, 1980, and shall be in addition to all <br />sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year <br />July 1, 1979 - June 30, 1980. <br />SECTION 2.
