Section 11 of Ordinance No. 1696, entitled "An <br />Ordinance Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Certain <br />Designated Employees of the City of Redwood City; and Repealing <br />Ordinance No. 1621," adopted February 7, 1977, is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />"Section ll.
