RESOLUTION NO. 12130 <br /> DES:djk ()1/25/94 (037/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 1/.)1/94 <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12130 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ADVANCED EXPENDITURE OF LOCAL FUNDS <br /> FOR WHIPPLE AVENUE UNDERPASS PROJECT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "State of California - <br />Department of Transportation - Agreement for Advance Expenditure <br />of Local Funds, by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and the State of <br />California Department of Transportation, pursuant to which the <br />City shall receive local fund credit under Streets and Highways <br />Code Section 164.53 for advanced expenditures for the Whipple <br />Avenue Underpass Project, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof is hereby approved, and the <br />City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br />
