RESOLUTION NO. 12125 <br /> DES:djk (\1/14/94 (029/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 1/24/94 <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12125 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR LOCAL MATCH FUND CREDIT FOR ADVANCED <br /> EXPENDITURES FOR THE JEFFERSON AVENUE UNDERPASS PROJECT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "State of California - <br />Department of Transportation - Agreement for Local Match Fund <br />Credit ", dated as of August 5, 1993, by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br />and the State of California Department of Transportation, <br />pursuant to which the City shall receive local match fund credit <br />under Streets and Highways Code Section 164.53 for advanced <br />expenditures for the Jefferson Avenue Underpass Project, a copy <br />of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br />thereto: respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br />
