RESOLUTION NO. 12123 <br /> o RIG I N A L DES:djk 01/12/94 (027/37) <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12123 1/24/94 <br /> ---------- - - <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR FIELD CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING/ <br /> INSPECTION SERVICES <br /> (TEJIMA AND ASSOCIATES, INC. ) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires daily field <br />construction engineering/inspection services to insure quality <br />control for certain capital improvement projects in the City of <br />Redwood City, California (the "Projects") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, Tejima and Associates, Inc. of Redwood City, <br />California represents that it is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services <br />required for said Projects; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Field <br />Construction Engineering/Inspection Services" (form dated <br />Ol/24/94R) , by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and Tejima and Associates, <br />Inc. , for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br />
