O R D I N A N C E N o. 542 <br />AN ORDINANCE DISFRANCHIZING CITY OFFICERS AS <br />MEMBERS OF COMMISSIONERS AND COMMITTEES. <br />The Council of the City of Redwood City do ordain as <br />follows: <br />SECTION 1. Neither the City Manager, City Attorney, <br />except members of the Cit. Council <br />City Engineer nor other city officer or emp.ioyee-qu s an ex - <br />officio member and technical advisor of any commission or com- <br />mittee, unless otherwise provided by the City Charter, shall <br />have the right to vote in the deliberations of any such commission <br />or committee. <br />SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in force from and after thirty (30) days after its passage and <br />adoption. <br />The above and foregoing ordinance was duly introduced <br />by the Council of the City of Redwood City on thel8th day of March, <br />1946, and after a public hearing held on the lst: day of April, <br />1946, was duly adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />at a regular meeting thereof by the following vote: <br />
