<br />2. Contractor agrees to remove all materials and debris
<br />from site and haul same to an approved dumping site at
<br />Contractor's cost.

<br />of Section 1810 to 1815 of the California Labor Code.

<br />5. Contractor shall comply with all provisions of Section
<br />1770 et seq. of the California Labor Code.

<br />6. Contractor hereby agrees to 'indemnify and save harmless
<br />Agency, its Board, officers, commissions, agents and employees of
<br />and from any and all ~laims, suits or actions of every name, kind
<br />and description, which may be brought against Agency, its Board,
<br />officers, agents, and employees by reason of any injury to or
<br />death of any person or damage suffered or sustained by any person
<br />or corporation, caused by, or alleged to have been caused by, any
<br />act or omission to act, negligent or otherwise, of Contractor,
