DAS:d~k 08/04/88 (#34) <br /> <br /> O IGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> SAND, AGGREGATE, PEA GRAVEL AND FINES <br /> 1988-1989 Fiscal Year <br /> <br /> The CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City" and <br />LEWIS TRUCKING, hereinafter referred to as "Supplier", for the <br />consideration hereinafter stated, hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Supplier Services. <br /> <br /> (a) Supplier shall furnish the following materials to <br /> <br />the City as per Supplier's bid and City's specifications entitled <br />"Water and Street Divisions' Selected Materials 1988-89 Sand, <br />Aggregate, Pea Gravel and Fines - City of Redwood City, <br />California". <br /> <br /> (b) Supplier shall supply all materials in strict <br />accordance with all applicable rules, regulations, resolutions, <br />ordinances and specifications of the City and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> Supplier shall commence the aforedescribed services provided <br />herein one calendar day after issuance of the NOTICE TO PROCEED, <br />and continue to supply said material in a diligent manner and <br />without interruption until said supplies are completed to the <br />satisfaction of the Department of General Services. <br /> <br /> Completion date will be no later than one fiscal year <br />following receipt of the NOTICE TO PROCEED. <br /> <br /> 2. Compensation. City shall pay to Supplier, as full <br />consideration for the faithful performance by Supplier of the <br /> <br /> <br />
