D. :nt 9/10/87 (#34) <br /> <br /> A G R E E M E N T ~ <br /> SIDEWALK REPAIR AND TREE PROGRAM <br /> FISCAL YEAR 1987-88 <br /> <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, hereinafter referred <br /> <br />to as "City," and HOOD CORPORATION, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Contractor," for the consideration hereinafter stated, hereby <br />agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The Contractor shall perform everything required to be <br />performed, shall provide and furnish all of the labor, equipment, <br />and tools to install within two hundred five (205) calendar days <br />beginning one (1) calendar day after the NOTICE TO PROCEED, the <br />following work: <br /> <br /> SIDEWALK REPAIR AND TREE PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR 1987-88 <br /> <br />in strict accordance with the plans, contract documents and <br />specifications prepared by the City Engineer of Redwood City, <br />which plans and contract documents and specifications are <br />incorporated herein and made a part of this agreement as if <br />herein fully set forth. <br /> <br /> 2. The City shall pay Contractor, as full consideration for <br /> <br />the faithful performance by Contractor of the aforementioned <br />work, the estimated sum of Four Hundred Forty-five Thousand One <br />Hundred Eighty and 55/100 Dollars ($445,180.55) , computed in <br />accordance with Contractor's accepted base bid proposal dated <br />August 25, 1987 and in the manner set forth in Section 6 entitled <br />"Measurement and Payment" of the City's General Provisions, which <br />provisions and accepted proposal are incorporated herein by <br />reference thereto as if herein fully set forth. <br /> <br /> <br />
