DES:djk /18/90 (018/44) <br /> <br /> A G R E E M E N T .~,~;~ <br /> For <br /> <br /> STREET MARKING, AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND GEOGRAPHIC <br /> INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) DATA GENERATION SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~ day of <br />~~.. , 1990, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />("City"), and KOOGLE & POULS ENGINEERING, INC., Albuquerque, New <br />Mexico, ("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> WI TNE S S E TH : <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City requires street marking services in City' s <br />Geographic Information System (GIS) pilot study area, City-wide <br />aerial photography and GIS data generation for City's GIS pilot <br />study program (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it is experienced in <br />performing, and uniquely qualified to perform, expert <br />professional consulting and technical services in accordance with <br />the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City desires to engage Consultant for such <br />purpo se s; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, <br />agreements, and conditions contained herein, the parties agree as <br />fol lows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall provide all <br />services, labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform <br />expert professional and technical consulting services for the <br />Project in compliance with the specifications therefor prepared <br /> <br /> <br />
