<br />DES:d~1r 12/23/92 <br />0 RIG I N A L 1/11/93 <br /> <br />(036/34) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11926 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 92-5, <br />ACCEPTING DEDICATIONS OF PUBLIC STREET AND PUBLIC <br />SERVICE EASEMENTS AND RELINQUISHMENT OF INGRESS AND <br />EGRESS RIGHTS THEREIN MADE, AND DIRECTING THE CITY <br />CLERK TO FILE SAID MAP FOR RECORDATION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That certain parcel map <br /> <br />(including any dedications of <br /> <br />street and public service easements and relinquishment of ingress <br /> <br />and egress rights described therein) <br /> <br />identified as "Parcel Map <br /> <br />No. 92-5", dated December, 1992, prepared by Brian-Kangas-Foulk, <br /> <br />Consulting Engineers for Redwood Shores Properties, a California <br /> <br />joint venture general partnership, the owners of record of the <br /> <br />real property described by said parcel map, which map provides <br /> <br />for a resubdivision of Parcel A and a Lot Line Adjustment between <br /> <br />Parcels A and B shown on that certain map entitled, "Parcel Map <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />90-6", <br /> <br />filed <br /> <br />in Book <br /> <br />64 <br /> <br />of Parcel Maps <br /> <br />at pages <br /> <br />70-72, <br /> <br />Records <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />San Mateo County, <br /> <br />State <br /> <br />of California, <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />All offers of dedications of public street and public <br /> <br />service easements and relinquishment of rights of ingress and <br /> <br />egress shown upon the herein described map are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />file the map approved hereby <br /> <br />for recordation with the County <br /> <br />Clerk-Recorder, County of San Mateo, California. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
