<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND FUEL PURCHASING <br /> <br />(TOWN OF ATHERTON) <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this E- day of April <br /> <br />2000, between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the <br /> <br />State of California ("City"), and the TOWN OF ATHERTON, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California ("Atherton"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City operates and maintains a motor vehicle maintenance <br /> <br />facility located at Redwood's City Municipal Services Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Atherton requires the performance of maintenance services <br /> <br />and fuel purchasing for its municipally-owned motor vehicles; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City is willing to provide such services and supplies, subject <br /> <br />to the terms and conditions hereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />DEFINITIONS.
