MINUTE ORDER <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETiNG <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> June 10, 2002 <br /> MO RD 02-14 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: June 11, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Planning Department <br /> Community Development Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Downtown Retail-Cinema Project- Selection of Environmental <br /> Consultant for Preparation of Addendum to Certified Final <br /> Environmental Impact Report; <br /> <br />Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City on June 10, <br />2002 <br /> <br />Present: Directors Jordan, Howard, Ruskin, Pierce, Vice Mayor Ira and <br />Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Ruskin/Hartnett Approve the agreement with Mundie & Associates to <br />provide environmental consulting services for the Downtown Retail-Cinema <br />Project with a budget not-to-exceed $45,000 and authorize the Agency Executive <br />Director to execute the agreement. The services will include preparation of an <br />Addendum to the Certified Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the <br />project; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote with Vice Mayor Ira to abstain. <br /> <br />Patricia Howe <br />Redevelopment Agency Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
