MINUTE ORDER <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> June 10, 2002 <br /> MO RD 02-13 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: June 11,2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Planning Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Funding Agreement for Casa de Redwood; <br /> <br />Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City on June 10, <br />2002 <br /> <br />Present: Directors Jordan, Howard, Ruskin, Pierce, Vice Mayor Ira and <br />Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Jordan/Ruskin That the City Council and the Redevelopment Agency Board <br />approve this funding agreement providing funds from the following sources for <br />replacement of windows at Casa de Redwood: <br />· $116,700 from Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds; <br />· $132,250 from HOME Investment Partnership funds; <br />· $243, 658 from the Redevelopment Housing Fund; <br /> Total: $492,608 <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia Howe <br />Redevelopment Agency Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
