<br />DAL:djk "~/18/91 <br /> <br />(061/28) <br /> <br />2/25/91 <br /> <br />OR::-CINAL <br /> <br />----.------. -- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11487 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT AND BID DOCUMENTS <br />FOR CITY-OWNED PROPERTY SITUATED TO THE ADJACENT <br />INTERSECTION OF CEDAR STREET AND HILTON STREET, AND <br />AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />has <br /> <br />been <br /> <br />presented <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />lease <br /> <br />agreement and bid documents relating to the <br /> <br />lease of certain <br /> <br />City-owned <br /> <br />property <br /> <br />situated <br /> <br />adjacent <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />intersection <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Cedar Street and Hilton Street, and more particularly described <br /> <br />on Exhibit "A" of the lease agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve the aforementioned lease agreement and bid documents and <br /> <br />authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the lease of the <br /> <br />said pleased premises; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain bid documents entitled <br /> <br />"Lease of City <br /> <br />OWned Land", <br /> <br />consisting of Notice to Bidders, <br /> <br />Instructions to <br /> <br />Bidders, Proposal, and Lease Agreement <br /> <br />(form dated 02/18/91), a <br /> <br />copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made <br /> <br />f or the <br /> <br />full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the lease of the premises described in the <br /> <br />lease agreement in accordance with Section 3-1/2 of the Charter <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />..-..- ..-..- ....¡---¡r---"-....- <br />
