<br />DES:djk 07/04/91 <br /> <br />(057/28) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />2/11/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11476 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF PALM <br />ESTATES SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br />TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br />OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />final <br /> <br />subdivision <br /> <br />map <br /> <br />(including <br /> <br />any <br /> <br />dedications <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />easements <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />therein) <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Palm <br /> <br />Estates Subdivision,1I prepared by R.C. Hutton & Associates, Land <br /> <br />Surveyors for Palm Estates, a California limited partnership, the <br /> <br />owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Engineer <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />conforming <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />tentative <br /> <br />map <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />subdivision, <br /> <br />is approved and accepted subject to the following <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />("City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owner <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter <br /> <br />"Owner" <br /> <br />shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) <br /> <br />of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />enti tIed" Agreement for <br /> <br />Improvement <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Palm <br /> <br />Estates <br /> <br />Subdivisionll <br /> <br />(form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />02/04/91) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> <br />of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br /> <br />in the time specified in said agreement, all improvements <br /> <br />~ "'-1r~ <br />
