(613) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on January, 8, 2018. <br />Present: Council Borgens, Masur, Vice Mayor Howard, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Borgens/Masur to authorize staff to sell, donate or remove boats, barge -based dwellings <br />and personal property acquired in conjunction with implementation of the Docktown Plan, <br />and to enter into agreements with auctioneer, broker, and/or disposal company as needed; <br />authorize City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Overland, Pacific <br />and Cutler (OPC) in the amount of $84,488 for a total contract amount of $396,156, to <br />complete the provision of relocation services to Docktown Marina tenants; use FY 2016-17 <br />General Fund net operating proceeds (estimated at $2.3 million) to offset costs incurred with <br />implementing the Docktown Plan and direct staff to present updated funding plan for <br />anticipated costs associated with implementing the Docktown Plan with the Mid -Year Budget <br />report on February 26, 2018; and to direct City Manager to negotiate modification or <br />termination of license of landside facilities (parking, restrooms and laundry facilities, <br />Harbormaster office, and Peninsula Yacht Club site) with landside owners, and authorize City <br />Manager to terminate the Sublicense with the Peninsula Yacht Club. Direction was also <br />provided to have a written report from Overland, Pacific and Cutler provided to the City <br />Council at a future meeting <br />Motion carried 4-0 by electronic vote with Council Members Aguirre, Gee and Seybert <br />absent <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
