Present <br />were Commissioners Sam Alberson, Andrew Spinae. H. Scales. John H. ' , <br />Poole. C. Baume. and D. L. Bogie. Also present were City Engineer <br />Wilson. City 1vlanager Blom, Park Superintendent Balzarini, Recreation <br />Director 1lorton, and Ass.istant Director Genochio. Absent members were <br />Evelyn Carlson and Ralph Case. <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />.-' <br /> <br />1~. William P. Mott. Jr. presented final plåns on all recreation <br />areas and city parks.
