Staff members present: Red Morton, Don Dimitratos and <br />William Shewry. <br /> <br />Minutes of October 3 were approved with correction. <br /> <br />The Royer Plan for Friendly Acres was discussed and it was referred back <br />to the committee. Chairman James Knecht, of the Friendly Acres Recreation <br />Committee, was instructed to contact Councilman Royer and City Manager <br />,~ James Neal for clarification and he is to set up a meeting if necessary, <br />preferably a joint meeting with the City Council. <br /> <br />Park and Recreatioo C~issi~ requested that a letter be sent to the City <br />Manage ~ i <br />r regarding the rest rooms at C~ooity Center. ~ Recreat on <br />
