Stuart, <br />Doris C. Thompson,-and Bob Whitmore. ABSENT: Artie Ree Morgan, <br />(illness). C. <br />and students at Sequoia High: and Mr.-John Sue, Ribera & Sue. <br /> <br />Chairman Knecht welcomed new Commissioner Schenck and Commiss- <br />ioner Stuart on his re-appointment to the Commission. <br /> <br />MINUTES of the meeting of April 2nd were approved as mailed, on <br />motion of Commissioner Whitmore, seconded by Commissioner Stuart, <br />and passed.- Commissioner Morgan was not present. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE: <br />1 - Letter from Elbert E. Garcia, Foothill Little League, <br />dated April 28th, requesting solution to problem existing at <br />Franklin School baseball diamond as residents are comFlaining~ <br />about foul, balls landing in ~ yards. --. Mr. Morton saìd funds had <br />been put in budget for this purpose as it probably would be <br />necessary to build'" a -'high fence. Commissioner Stuart '.suggested <br />stop signs near field area to protect youngsters going into <br />street to retrieve balls. Matter referred to Mr. MOrton for <br />solution: - <br />2 - Re April~22nd CPRS luncheon meeting in San Mateo-re- <br />ceived by Secretary too late to contact commissioners: <br />3 - Marina-Repo~t - March, rec'd by Secretary on 4/11:- <br />4 - a.
